Distribution Location Change Notice
What?
NVT Phybridge is moving its San Francisco warehouse and shipping operations to Chicago.
When?
Effective Wednesday, November 1, 2017, all product shipments will come from 4C Logistics in Chicago.
Why?
We serve customers throughout the United States, Canada and Latin America. After an evaluation that considered both ground ship time and cost, we’ve determined we can better serve the North American marketplace from a central US location. The majority of our customers will be positively impacted by improved ship times, and/or lower shipping costs.
Disruption?
None. Plans are in place to ensure that the transition is seamless and order fulfillment continues as usual. If you have any concerns, or know in advance of a large or unique order required around November 1st, please reach out to your sales representative so we can ensure your order is fulfilled without delay.
Order Cut-off time change?
Yes. 2pm EST. The impact of an earlier time is expected to be minimal as we’ve experienced a shift in order patterns with many of our customers making use of the strong US network of Distributors to meet their short notice product needs. Again, please discuss any concerns with your regional sales representative.
RMA and Advanced Replacements
RMA’s are to be shipped to Chicago effective October 16, 2017. New shipping details will be provided with the RMA request authorization. Advanced replacements in most instances will originate from Chicago, but may ship from elsewhere to provide the quickest response time possible.
