John Croce is a seasoned executive with a distinguished career in start-up businesses and a proven track record in management and finance. As the founder and CEO of NVT Phybridge, John drives innovation and growth through innovative strategies, operational excellence, and a customer-first mentality. Before starting NVT Phybridge, John was the founding President and CEO of Counsel Wealth Management, where he successfully grew the company to over $2 billion in assets, positioning it as one of Canada’s fastest-growing fund companies.

John has also held significant roles in real estate investment, serving as a partner at Anthem Properties in Vancouver, Canada. During his tenure, Anthem Properties amassed over $500 million in real estate assets and $200 million in investor equity, ultimately going public on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 1998. His career began with notable success at AGF Management, a leading Canadian mutual fund company.
