Problem

A Northeastern State Judicial System needed to replace its legacy phone system with a modern IP telephony solution to improve communication quality and operational efficiency. The court system did not want to accept the high costs associated with restructured cabling. The court system required an innovative solution that would help them achieve their digital transformation objectives within their budget while maintaining operational continuity.

Solution
